What can I expect in my treatment session?

All treatments precede with an initial consultation which can take from 5 to 15 minutes.

In your consultation we discuss the best course of treatment for your individual physical, emotional and mental health. In this consultation we discuss your medical history and what you would like to gain from your treatment.

Treatments are suitable for both men and women.

Reflexology – Shoes and socks need to be removed for a Reflexology session, the treatment is practised on a reclining massage couch made comfortable for your own requirements using pillows and towels. See my Reflexology page to find out more about how Reflexology.

Reiki – A reiki treatment is practised on a massage couch, you will remain fully clothed during the treatment. See my Reiki page to find out more about how Reiki works.

Indian Head Massage – This treatment can be practised fully clothed or with a towel covering you, with the use of oils. Some client prefer Indian Head Massage on a massage chair (seated), some prefer this treatment on a massage couch. I cater this treatment around whichever method you find most comfortable. Indian Face Massage – This treatment is practised on a massage couch, using Mary Cohr products. Mary Cohr products are completely natural products and contain no parabens or chemicals to work in harmony with your skin type. Thai Massage – This treatment is practised on a Thai Massage Mat from Thailand, you remain fully clothed and I cater this treatment around any problems you may have. This treatment is said to be like doing ‘an assisted yoga class’. See my Thai Massage page to find out more about this treatment.

Hot Stone Massage – This treatment is practised on a massage couch, you will be asked to remove items of clothing, this will vary depending on your treatment.
